CRÈME DE LA RASA

  • 5 – 7 large cloves consistent in size

  • Mid-long term storage life 6 – 8 months

  • Cool and calm flavor profile when roasted

  • Fiery after taste when raw, good for salsa’s

  • Tolerates a wide range of soil moisture and growing conditions

  • Beautiful marble purple stripe


Korean mountain

  • Large bulbs with 6 – 10 fat cloves

  • Stores until Jan – Feb

  • Hot strong and spicy with a sweet aftertaste. Good for baking and roasting
